4×4 Cruise…

YHC signed up to Q this cruise a couple weeks back to ensure YHC could choose the plan for the day. Several pax are running the Huntersville Half marathon on Saturday, including YHC. The goal was to have a nice cruise that allowed for all speeds and most importantly for YHC and other Halfers to take it easy on the final prep cruise.
In the end we had 4 runners and 4 ruckers. At 5:30, we hit the road and YHC let the pax know we would be running the good ole bird run. Habs, Loveboat, and Porto joined me for world famous bird… while Buck, Yellowcake, Submarine, and Torch rucked there way along a similar path. YHC managed not to loose Porto this morning, which was a big improvement from the Monday Afton cruise. Runners knocked out approximately 5 miles and the ruckers were so pumped this am that they pushed past the 45 minute mark to get an extra credit lap around the parking lot at the end.
Nice work men! Great having Submarine back out in the gloom.
