We need the rain pretty badly, and YHC heard no complaints from the 8 HIM who showed up for a several wet laps on the Aldi loop in Harrisburg Town Center. Here’s how it happened:

Warm-up mile around HTC perimeter

The Thang

Run the Aldi loop as many times as time allows:

  1. Lap One – Financial Way – Main St – Hagler St …. run this fast
  2. Lap Two – Financial Way – Kee St – Hagler St … run this lap at a slower pace

Regroup for run back to Sports Junction
