Multiplying The Pain

All Highlands Backblasts

October 15th, 2019 By Alcatraz

22 men gathered in the cool gloom of Highlands for the Q’s attempt at math.  Fortunately, the 2.0 is working on memorizing the multiplication table so that was helpful.  But even still, there were multiple multiplication #Qfails.  YHC had every intention of delivering a detailed disclaimer, but @Gump created a distraction that derailed the monologue.  Disclaimer was abandoned and the mosey began to…

WARMARAMA:

Mosey to the severely faded track for…

THE THANG:

30 seconds of mosey/30 seconds of sprint x 3

Circle up for a lower body multiplication ladder.

Started with x=1 and finished at x=10 with some poor math in between.

Another 3 rounds of mosey/sprint

Partner up at the playground for 10 Partner Assisted Horizontal Rows.  PAX knocking out LBCs while groups rotated through.

Mosey to the rail for some more multiplication

Started with x=1 and had a few merciful interruptions due to traffic up to x=7.  PAX almost witnessed a bus driving right into the woods.  With time running low finished with x=10

Mosey to…

MARY:

COT and BOM!

The Multiplied Moleskin:

  1. Great work today men!  YHC has missed a few bootcamps and needed some help with names.  That is a great problem.
  2. We have yet to complete a 1 to 10 ladder of those exercises at the rail.  But fear not, it will happen.  Who knows we might just leave lower body and cardio off so we can get more Horizontal Rows in as well as climb up and down the ladder at the rail.
  3. Remember @Ambassador’s extended family member as she approaches the end of life.  YHC is not a professional at F3, but is pretty well versed in walking families through the grieving process.  It’s always hard and prayers are always appreciated.
  4. Sign up for Field Day on Nov 2.  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15dMGqnn7iy4SsjzXTwCQ9apscQZrli1M395Y6duXmYs/edit#gid=2009339111
  5. Mystery Q on Thursday!

Always an honor to lead the PAX!

  1. I anticipate feeling it tomorrow.

PS. No one should do that many monkey humpers infront of Disaster.

    1. I have to admit that even I got tired of the monkey humpers by round ten. Next time we should mix in some pickle pounders or something equally obscene.
