Slow cotton pickers x 15 IC
Front & Reverse arm circles
Count of by two’s and partner up

Mosey about 50 feet to the wall in front of Belk and await what QIC had in store…cumulative partner reps (Dora). While partner is running from sidewalk at belk to bottom of parking lot and back other partner performs the following:

Round 1: 50 burpee wall jumps (is exactly what it sounds like, perform burpee and on the jump portion jump up approximately 2-3 foot wall, repeat)

Round 2: 100 V-ups

Round 3: 200 merkins

Round 4: 100 Core killers

Round 5: 50 burpee wall jumps

Time called at approx 0607 for mosey back to ASEC for Mary.

Mary: do not drop legs until QIC says or pax “has” to…low flutters x 20 IC, hello dollies x 20 IC, Slow Marge to Homer x 5…some light broga stretching and the morning beatdown was complete.

Prayers/Announcements: Donnie Atwells knee (possible torn ligament), injured pax, Field day at Kannon Nov 2nd, and multiple pax & friends with babies/grandchildren on the way.

Moleskin: Awesome turnout as usual on thursday…QIC bummed that no sign on Indy or his boy Tick in sight and that a few regular pax were injured and missed a rough workout.  As I moseyed beside Homeland from warm-o-rama he mentioned how chatty everyone was and I plainly told him all of the chatter would soon end….thus, the “burpee wall jump”.  Pax were confused and didn’t know what to say about the words that the Q had just uttered…without hesitation an example was provided and you could hear the sound of……oh no…kinda like the blocked kick on Saturday in Boone by the mack attack faithful…oh no….the burpee wall jump, born from the idea that the Q wanted to do both burpees and wall jumps but thought doing them separate might take too long so why not put them together.  Well, quite a few absolutely did not enjoy them together but I don’t want to mention names but you know who you are Sketchers and Backdraft.  Everyone survived and had a nice total body beatdown and still got in over 2 miles of running so all and all a good morning.  I hope most still show for catfish on wednesday but if not QIC will take it as a compliment.  Hurry back El Ab….Psycho-T is running around looking like he doesn’t know what to do, or definitely who to talk to, without you there.
