YHC had to run to the farm this weekend to help the parents with a few things and came back with a couple new toys.  We have them, might as well use them.  After a quick note to Nimbus (who had the Q) Chum and TS stole the Q spot.  Tractor tires we will use!

Capri Lap:

– Disclaimer

– Mixed mosey with warmups and stretches

– Mosey around back of school up lunch lady lane and over to the church parking lot.

– What’s that you ask?  Our new friend, Mr. Tire!

Tha Thang:

– 2 tire stations (partner tire flip and partner burpees broad jump)

– 2 slam ball stations (partner Louganis, and partner slam ball)

– 1 run for time

– Rotate through both tire stations, run, rotate through slam ball stations, run.  The run group was always the timer

– Mosey back to school for some Mary
