4 pax got off to a strong start for the week by showing in the gloom for the morning cruise.  As the clock struck 5:30, YHC led the Aftonians into the gloom.  There would be no Mount Afton today.  With he BRR no longer looming, YHC choose the normal cruise for today’s runners.  There was a little chatter this am, but it was largely a lunch pale run.  The pax clocked in and went to work.  5 to 6 miles were covered by the group.

• YHC has the mic on Wednesday . Come on out for round 3 of the Iron Pax Challenge.
• 11/2 date selected for the Meca region field day.  The preblast is on the Slack 1st F channel.
• Reminder to the runners & ruckers to wear vests and lights on our morning runs/rucks.  It’s hard for drivers to see us at times and we want to do all we can to help prevent anyone from ever getting it.

Monday’s cruise is the biggest hurdle of the week for YHC.  This am, YHC had the Q which helped with motivation but it was still hard to beat the fart sack.  For the Monday regulars, thanks for helping me keep the motivation.  For the non-regulars, give it a try.  It helps set the tone for your week, plus it always feels good to start the week with a win.  SYITG!
