6 of Kannon’s, well really only 5 since Backdraft was there, came out on a fall feeling morning to get their run on.

Moseyed towards main and hung a left on it until crossing over loop road and up towards China Grove before hanging a left on 8th street and following it until we came to the greenway and those that had headlights, as YHC had instructed in the preblast, got to use them. We, YHC, followed the greenway under the instruction of The Squid and grandmaster as I sorta kinda didn’t know exactly where it went. So we ran it up to and through village park and headed back to loop road. Followed loop to suicide hill and up to main, needing headlights again, then took the big horseshoe around and back to the AO meeting spot for an easy paced 4 miles today.

Mary: slow Freddy merks x 20 IC and some OYO stretching.

Prayers/announcements: field day participants and volunteers needed. The Burgh’s dad having a catheter procedure and definitely Red Oak’s family in the loss of his father.

Moleskin…great morning for a run and we’re all looking forward to cooler temps and hopefully some more regulars getting motivated and back and there…that’s all for now…
