Garnet and Gold, a.k.a. Febreeze comes rolling in hot, still upset over the implosion at Doak Campbell Stadium a week earlier. YHC, King and Febreeze looking at each other, awkwardly waiting, when the King asks……. Do either of you have the Q?  And just like that a Peoples Q was born……

Hot Wheels – Mosey to the end of the lot for 20 SSH, Mosey back to the cars for 10CP/10WM, mosey back across lot for 20 IST, 20 MC and 10 Slow Mercins.

The Thang

Hot Wheels – mosey to the coupon farm to grab a rock. Circle up for a medley of muscle mayhem.

A Round = Curls, Over Head Press, Extenions, Up Right Rows, Bench Press and Derby Double Taps.

Round 1, 5 reps each, mosey around the playground.

Round 2, 10 reps each, mosey around the playground

Round 3, 15 reps each, mosey around the play ground

The Mole Skin

YHC has the DL in rotation on Saturdays and wonders where is everyone. Once known for it’s high attendance, only a handful are posting on the weekends.  BRR is this weekend, but where is everybody else?  This is a great AO, so much to do, so many options.  Just wondering.

Motivation is fickle, fleeting, sometimes there, sometimes not, don’t rely on it, just make yourself do it…..Discipline ( Stolen from another AO’s post this morning )
