Speaking for myself…I believe Mondays are the toughest day out of the week to fight the fart sack. Maybe it is trying to get that last bit of sleep in before the work week officially starts or its being tired from the whatever activity from the weekend. Regardless when that alarm goes off a piece of me wants to hit the snooze button. This was one of those days and I about hit the button.
Unfortunately for me…I remembered that I signed up to Q. So I got up and sleep drove to Afton…

When I got there 4 other avoided the fart sack and were ready to go. They were definitely more awake than I was. Not feeling very creative I decided we were going to run our normal route.

4-6 miles were covered. Big Blue set a blistering pace while the rest of us followed his lead.

At the end I always feel better that I came out. Even though it was Muggy as hell. The first accomplishment for the week checked off.
