YHC can not believe it has been 1 year since the Afton AO has started. To help celebrate, 40 pax of the MECA region converged to Dorton Park for some fun. No shoes, shirts, and shorts were dry at the end.

The group huddled at the large shelter, a quick thank you to all that posted followed by a quick disclaimer and we moseyed to warmarama. Read about it below:

We split the group into 3 separate groups.
**Count off by 3’s

Station 1 – 15 Min
Bricks w/ Partner – Location Small Field & Bridge
Partners will attempt to do a 100 reps of designated exercise in allotted time.
Partner 1 will do exercise as Partner 2 will be timer. Timer will run to bridge and do 5 Muscle Ups. 100 reps total – NOT 100 per person.
Curls for the Girl
Squat
Skull Crushers
Bent over Roll
Shoulder Press

Station 2 – 15 Min
Location – Gravel Trail
BLIMPS
Run around gravel trail stopping at cone to do the “BLIMPS” exercise indicated
Burpees x 5 SC
Lunge x 10 SC
Imperial Storm Troopers x 15 SC
Merkins x 20 SC
Plank Jacks x 25 SC
Squats x 30 SC
Rinse Repeat until time is done

Station 3 – 15 Min
Location – Small Shelter
Partner Work Out – Do exercise at Small Shelter then 1 partner runs 1 way around the tennis while their partner runs the opposite way. When they meet up they do another exercise. When finished run back to shelter to do another exercise. Repeato till time is called
