Six of us gathered at Bain Elementary School Wednesday AM where Silas rolled in on his bicycle, The Body rolled in on his motorcycle and the rest of us on four wheels.

 

A quick disclaimer preceded a mosey to the lunch lady entrance for COP.

Continue the mosey to 51 where instructions were given.  Head south towards Lawyers, stop at the first street light for 10 merkins.  Stop at the next light for 20 LBCs.  Continue in that fashion until you get to the clock.

Head back North. Stop at the first light for 10 Carolina Dry Docks.  Stop at the next light for two Turkish Getups.  Continue until you get to Bain School Rd.

Continue north on 51, stop at each street light for two burpees.

Head back south on 51, this time with a partner .. stop at each street light for five partner merkins.

 

Mosey back to AO for some deep stretches.

 

 

Solid work today, men.  It was more humid than I realized and the weinke ended up sucking more than I expected.  Let’s do it again next time.

 

Thanks for humoring my liking to get off campus.  It’s good to mix it up plus it let’s people around town know there’s a group of HIM out and about and they should come joins us.
