TOUCHDOWN BEATDOWN!  A measured off mock football field was laid out before the PAX at 10 yard intervals with end zones included for a total of 120 yards.  30 minutes was given to complete as many rounds as possible of the following…

• 10 Carolina Dry Docks
• 20 Squats
• 30 Merkins
• 40 Lunges (single leg)
• 50 LBC

1. Great work today men!  With temps in the mid 60s starting with tomorrow’s gloom, you probably created your best sweat angel of the week around 0615 this morning.

Welcome @RainbowBrite!  For the PAX who need a little coaching up here – YHC is a professional for this.  Formally known as FNG Noah, @RainbowBright points to the story of a Creator/creation covenant displayed through the rainbow.  See Genesis 9 for a refresher.  And @RainbowBrite is also a Mattel doll that launched in the early 80s, so there is some F3 name/shame thrown in for fun!
4. Speaking of Genesis 9, there is some solid teaching on “be fruitful and multiply” in that chapter as well.  Share that with your M and who knows?  For further clarification on this passage consult @Bootstrap who is living out this chapter well.
