YHC pulled into the DH parking lot with Speedo close to go time. 4 pax were waiting, 2 runners and 2 ruckers. YHC had done a number on his back while Q’ing the Afton beatdown on Wednesday, so an audible needed to called on what YHC had initially planned. The Bird Run it would be.
Sausage and Dr. Seuss loaded up their rucks and took off. YHC eased into this run, while Habs, Speedo, and Hokie Pokie set the pace. Strong work by all. Cruisers knocked out 5 to 6+ miles. Thanks for the company during most of the cruise Hokie Pokie. It was great catching up.
