Warm-up…run to Beverly Hills park…approximately 1.2 miles or so.

The thang:

5 pull-ups on playground

Run around track to shelter for 10 core killers

Broad jump burpees across basketball court

Bunny hop up steps

10 derkins on wall

Rinse and repeat but increase pull-ups by 2 each time and core killers & derkins by 5

Time called at approximately 0605 and mosey back to AO

No time for Mary

Prayer requests/announcements: T-shirt orders. Prayers for Dean as he travels to China to teach English…albeit China Grove English, but traveling mercies and safety. Prayers for Zufall (man down) family for the loss of his brother.

Moleskin: wow…what a great morning for the trick Daddy special beatdown, full blown Brazil weather in effect. Everyone was super pumped about the awesome weather which made it so easy to breathe.  From the pull-ups to the broad jump burpees to the crowd pleasing bunny hops the QIC had everyone full of excitement…QIC was super pumped about seeing/making Phidippides have to walk to recover after the bunny hops…almost made him look human. First complaint of the morning came from non other than the hobbit who didn’t want to run to the park since Bay City…aka “supposedly best dad ever” doesn’t approve…no rules just suggestions in F3 so there you have it.  Would’ve had time for Mary but Indy was moving like a man who missed his lover, Mayweather, so no time for Mary.  Missed seeing El Ab out to see how much he would’ve modified the workout. Heard later at coffeeteria that El Ab had “dos” servings of Hops Famous Hot Meat Sauce so probably still working on his intestinal recovery. Most got in 2 1/2 to 4 rounds before call for Mary. Good crew of about 10 or so at our large franchised coffee location.
