The Thang

• Indian Run to bathrooms for some Murdock-inspired Figure 8s. Mike Tyson, LBCs, and Iron Mike’s (all x2) 
• Indian Run to bottom of road leading to elementary. YHC identifies a middle spot and an end. After complaints about the distance, new points were identified. Do called exercise x5 at start, x10 at middle, and x15 at top. Come back and do x10 at middle and x5 at start. Plank/AL Gore for the six each time. What exercises? Whatever I say. (Merkins, Air Squats, CDD) 
• Indian Run toward elementary school, stopping to do dips (IC x 20) on the posts
• At elementary, all PAX grab some wall and assume people’s chair and do shoulder press. Starting with YHC, each PAX gives a 5 count. Recover at last count. Repeato for arms out straight
• Grab same partner, mosey to playground. Partner 1 does Apolo Ohno while Partner 2 does 5 burp-ups. Repeato x2
• Indian run back towards soccer fields, stopping at fence to do incline merkins (IC x20) on the posts.

• Lots of mumblechatter from the Pax today. I expect some pushback from my elders, surprised at the amount I got from my fellow hates. Thought we stuck together.
