8 men and a Backdraft decided to post on hump day to see what the post GOMR running QIC was gonna do….and he didn’t know until at least 10pm last night but he knew not much running would occur.

Warm-up…Mosey to Switzerland for 25 SSH’s IC, 15 Hillbillies IC, 10 Cotton pickers IC, and forward/reverse arm circles x 10 IC each

Mosey to parking lot across street and split into 4 groups…each group given 4 F3 cards and report to their starting point which was one of 4 lights posts to make a square in the parking lot. All face cards were 20 reps today and everything else was the number on card and IC…pick one card and move to next light pole as a group. Leave card turned over for each group to complete. Once one circuit was done flip card over and pick another…fortunately the 20 burpee card was only picked once….other exercises included things like merkins, monkey humpers, smurf jacks, Freddy merks…etc. I believe we made at least  5-6 rotations before Mary was called…

Prayers/praises/announcements:  prayers for Sir Topham’s family with the passing of his uncle, grandmaster’s grandmother battling cancer, praises for grandmasters & gunny’s job search/potential promotion, Grant’s good news (Luthor’s 2.0). I’ll try to get t-shirt order up next week.

Moleskin:  Despite some not listening or understanding the QIC’s crystal clear instructions it was a quiet day for the most part with tales of the GOMR team growing by the day and how my last leg, Tricks second, was like running…or walking up Mt Everest!!  Chicken strip was with us in spirit today but unfortunately Backdraft was with us in person and moving super sloth like as usual and poor Red Oak was partnered with him….Backdraft kept asking where the monster truck pushes were today but no trucks were to be seen today. The Burgh thought better of his hiatus and decided to post…Rawhide has taken over my spot of recruiting the “pax who once posted routinely”…like g-Vegas, scarlet, and the short lived Tiny…unfortunately he’s having eerily similar results as I was which means that they aren’t coming….Kannon Cup is Friday!
