YHC tried to devise a form of pain delivery that suited the AO.  Here’s how that went:

1^st period: PE (warm-up lap around the micro track, then SSH, IW, Windmills)
2^nd period: Math (11s on the hill: Merkins @ top, Plankjack @ bottom)
3^rd period: Science (gravity and space/time (pull-ups/hang))
4^th period: Music (Sally squats)
5^th period: Recess (circle up for “ring around the Mary”)
6^th period: Lunch aka Lunge (Eat lunch and run around.  Lunges: split into 1^st and 2^nd lunch.  1^st lunge lunges ~ 2min while other half mosey around perimeter of bus lot, flapjack around 2min mark)
7^th period: English (ABCs: Air Presses, Bobby Hurleys, Crunchy Frog, D…, E…, Freddy Mercury, )
8^th period: Social Studies (WWII situps, Grandpa Jacks, Superman)
9^th period: Art (plank interpretive dance)

Announcements:
Broga/stretching @ the park @ 5:30 after Couch-to-5K at 5:00
Gremlin memorial 218 cleanup Saturday after workout (from the park to the strawberry stand ~0800)
High Chair celebrating 30^th Anny
Also prayers for Gremlin’s 2^nd daughter graduating HS on Sunday.

Moleskin:
It was good to see the old Mint Hill gang (old as in we used to hang out together, not old as in men of many years, although there were more “Respect” and “Double Respect” PAX in Mint Hill then the usual A51 workouts I post at.)  It was also good to see some new-to-me faces, like Crabs (thought he said “Craps” when first met – assumed he was in the casino business), Nimbus and Hornet.  Mildly surprised to see Booyah again.  Thought he’d gone into infant-induced early retirement.  So glad I was wrong. (Oh, and you’re on the Q list for Gumby August 7th, Booyah.)

I like a good 0530 beatdown as much as the next guy, but really love it when you’re having too much fun to mind the pain.  So YHC did his best to come up with something fun that also pushed us.  I hope you had a good day at school.  Be sure to leave your comments with Principal Othello or his secretary, Miss Chum.
