What happened?  An awesome morning for a summer 5k, roughly 20 F3 PAX, 2 SFN Track Commanders, 2.0s, Ms, K9s and no Rita’s Ice Cream Guy to make us all feel inadequate.  YHC had to watch this fun but got to EH a guy with Trail Mix.  There were some awesome times turned in.  Blowout set the pace with a top 10 time.  The shovel flag was handed to him and I know he and you all will continue to grow into the HIMs God made you to be.  I have enjoyed my part in The Valley AO and especially getting to know all you guys.  I’ll be around and running with you in a few months and looking forward to it.  For now…MQ Brutus out.
