10, with one being extremely late, took on the warning from YHC and attempted to conquer the best of Kannapolis’ hills on a 69 degree and muggy morning.

No warm-up

Mosey from deck past old meeting spot out the backside of the shoe and down into village park and running out the back side of park and hanging a right on Goldston to head towards our first hill at the intersection of West A and Goldston…wait for all to gather. Instructed to run up Goldston hang a left on oval and turn around at first stop sign and back up Goldston hanging a right on elm to bottom of elm and back up to loop road…wait/pick up the six. Mosey around loop to Vance st hills and run to first intersection and back down, second intersection and down, up to Main Street and wait/pick up the six. Mosey back towards the deck and finish off with partner 50ish yard sprints.

Mary…stretch on your own

Prayes/Praises: awesome job by landlord at time lapse for running 83 miles in 24 hours and donations going towards Orphans of Uganda charity. No injuries to GOMR member while running timelapse.

Moleskin: tough run and QIC pushed the pace as we’re down to the wire for GOMR training. Props to those who came out to endure it that aren’t running GOMR. Chicken strip was way late but met up with us on the hills…those pax on time should’ve gotten in at least 4 miles plus a couple of sprints to finish it off. Hurdle is on some type of running regime and had to run fast his last couple of miles and when we got done with Vance st hills I heard some faint sounds of potential merlot/dry heaving…haha!  Good job everyone!

Always an honor!
