Mosey to Victory Circle at ticket office doors for a core/upper body ladder:

  1. Burpee
  2. Dips
  3. Decline Merkins
  4. Glute Bridges
  5. Flutter Kicks
  6. Dive Bomber Merkins
  7. World War II Sit-ups
  8. Little baby Crunches
  9. Carolina Dry Docks
  10. Burpees (group mosey around main entrance sign after round 10)
  11. Plank-ups
  12. Superman Pulses with hold

 

Indian run with one burpee off the back

Stop along the way for 25 dips on bench

  • Quadraphilia up ramp to gate 6
  • 15 pull-ups on hand-rail bars
  • Run down ramp
  • 10 World War II Sit-ups (with head on down-hill side)

Have to take the bikers word that they got a workout in….they disappeared for about 40 minutes then showed up again for Mary.
