6 men showed up to see what the Gloom had to offer.  One problem.  No Q.  Where’s the Q? Apparently YHC got caught up in work emails and lost track of time.  Thank you Hugo for getting us started.  YHC rolled up 1 minute late just in time to see the PAX taking off for mixed mosey.  After circling back to pick up the scheduled Q, YHC took over to execute the prescribed winkie.

But wait you say.  6 + 1= 7.  Where is #8?  He’s coming…

Capri Lap:

• Mixed mosey by Hugo
• Circle up in bus lot
• Q apology for tardiness
• SSH (20x)
• 5 burpee penalty for Q tardiness
• IW (15x)
• Happy Appy (16x because anything ASU is 1 better)
• Oh look, it’s Man Bun!
• 5 burpee penalty for MB tardiness
• Windmill (10x)
• Cotton Picker (10x)

Tha Thang:

• Evil Starfish
• “Safe Place” is the center of the starfish and represents 10x merkins
• The legs are:
  • 10x Pullups on the playground
  • 10x Donkey Kicks on the wall
  • 10x Burpees by the big balls
  • 10x each leg Step Ups on the picnic table
  • 10x Mountain Climbers at the top of bus lot
• At some point YHC audibled center to squats
• Q called time after 2-3 rounds
