#1 does #2…Q

YHC has made a commitment to Q more often, but this morning was only the second Q I’ve done in 2019.  19 PAX enjoyed dry 50 degree weather, but @Conchito was prepared in case we had snow.

WARMARAMA:

  • SSH X 10
  • Cotton Picker X 10

  • Merkins X 10
  • Windmill X 10

THE THANG:

Mosey across HC Parkway to the wall for 3 sets each of

  • Muscle Ups – 8X – 6X – 4X
  • WWII Situps – 8X – 6X – 4X

Mosey to the middle hill for an 8 to 1 Ladder

  • Burpees at Top
  • LBCs at Bottom

Mosey to the back parking lot and pair up for

  • Partner Pull
  • Partner Push

Mosey to large bus lot stopping along the way at the wall for

  • Peoples Chair

The remainder of the time was spent doing the following:

  • Run to each of the 4 basketball goals, stopping at each for:
    • 1st Goal – 10 Merkins
    • 2nd Goal – 20 Squats
    • 3rd Goal – 30 SSH
    • 4th Goal – 40 LBCs
  • Run back to start and repeato, repeato, repeato…
