Audit’s Virgin Q w/ weighted dice (not really but seemed that way)
9 men were feeling curious enough to throw back the covers and check out YHC’s first Q on the first Saturday of spring.
SSH x 51 IC (I may have failed to mention my upcoming birthday before we began) Hillbillies x 15 IC Cotton Pickers X 15 IC Mosey to the tennis courts
For my first Q I wanted to bring back an element from my first post so out of the sack came the dice of pain (thanks Shooter!) with a few modifications. Two sets of exercise dice with timers and one die that determines how to travel from station to station.
Station 1 –
Monkey Humpers (a passerby’s favorite)
Reverpees (sadly didn’t come up)
Wall Tap Jumps
Wall Tap Planks
Balls to the Wall (in honor of Guinness)
Both stations were timed exercises with a roll of 30, 45, or 60 seconds
Moving between the two was via Bearpees (woohoo!), Quadrophilia, Karaoke, Bear Crawl, Crab Walk or Butt Kicks
I’m pretty sure the dice may have been weighted towards 60 seconds, bearpees and wall taps.
One full round plus a bonus roll for good measure and time to head to the shelter for 6 MOM.
Time to bring back another personal favorite from an earlier post. A little Rihanna/Eminem Crunch/LBC compilation (thanks Amway!).
Orphanage Game Day – 12-3. Fun, pizza and ice cream. See 3rd F channel for details.
I want to end with a personal thank you to each and every one of you. I started my F3 journey in the beginning of the year after ending 2018 at my highest weight and worst physical condition ever. The support, friendship and fun of the group has kept me motivated and headed on a path I want to continue down. I look forward to seeing you all at the next beatdown.
