The Thang: double ladders with pull-ups..

starting at basketball parking lot..descending merkins from 10 IC & ascending dying cockroaches from 1 IC run to pull-up bars and complete 5 pull-ups (modify as needed) Mosey around front of church to normal mary spot for ascending burpees from 1 & descending core killers from 10…Mosey back around to pull-up bars for 5 more pull-ups. Continue ladders as instructed and always stopping for 5 pull-ups each way. Mary called at approximately 0611.

Prayer requests: Cupid’s mother in law (Paula) having hip surgery today. Fallen pax F3 Waterbug and his passing from F3 Hartsville, forgot to mention in COT…only 45, do not know circumstances but prayers to family/friends.

Moleskin: fantastic coffee time since kids out of school today thinking Cupid & Frosty were only one that was not there so 16 for coffee. Bay city worried about 50 SSH’s IC and no showed but tricked him and only did 25. El Ab no where to be seen even though his White Russian buddy made the trip up from Dilworth to get beat down. Rumor has it el ab got word of the pull-ups and opted to clean the coffee maker at common grounds.  Epic battle between the marine and the Russian…there was collusion so no one was the winner, so sad, they worked really hard. Backdraft was late and annoying but what else is new…Indy, aka Ol Blue, needs a light to see wherever he goes now, also sad, and deer tick was happy he slept in as to miss all the pull-ups. Anvils pull-ups are way better than backdrafts now because Backdraft is so old. Gunny and Grandmaster represented Kannon well but don’t think they were happy to do that beatdown again as they’ve done it at Kannon. Spud was representing as always in his signature pink toboggan and hops in his KC toboggan. Gooney is a beast on pull-ups now as he does them routinely at home while working and denying old people the insurance money that they’ve paid for, what a prick right?  Didn’t hear much outta Hipbone & Cupid, (two of the respects) today which means they were handling their business. I’m sure the tall pax….mayweather, luthor, and psycho-T were cussing me under their breath since pull-ups stink for guys with long arms…but you know what they say about men with long arms…they have really long sleeve shirts. Private Ryan was a distant 3rd to his brother-in-law and the Russian…probably cause he’s 40 now, last week at 39 he definitely catches them. Homeland and YHC cruised to the finish making sure we did not get lapped by the leaders.  Thanks for showing and suffering through this as no way I do this by myself.
