On Sunday, YHC teased a new segment for our weekly Monday runs. Mount Afton…a gradual long incline where at the end becomes more prevalent. With our run already having numerous hills the addition of Mt Afton wasn’t a welcome one. Plus, an added bonus it conveniently sits towards the end of the run. So 6 came out to try the new experience…
Hop and Talladega were pacing the field with Rerun, Booter, Tug Boat Willie, and YHC close behind. With adding the new section we ran over our usual 45 mins but no one seemed to mind. The challenge was called and the men answered it. Well done.
