F3 MeCa Regional Qs

All Afton Backblasts

February 21st, 2019 By Heatstroke

Howdy gentlemen!  With a decent bit of transition going on in regards to MeCa leadership roles recently, YHC thought it might be a good idea to update everyone on who is doing what here in MeCa on a regional level.  YHC continues to be the regional Nantan.  For those that might be wondering what the Nantan is/does, he loosely oversees regional activity (with absolutely no coercive power whatsoever…like all leadership in F3) while working with the regional leadership team of F3 MeCa listed below.

Region Qs:

AO Leads:

I believe that I speak for every man listed above that we are happy to hear from any of you about ways to make our region better and to certainly answer any questions you may have about MeCa.  The above roles are generally meant to be inhabited for a year or two and then passed along to some new blood.  The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.  Continually passing along leadership within F3 is what makes this all work.  If you have never done it before, I encourage you to push forward and and dive into one of these roles if presented with the opportunity.  It is a blessing and a blast!  Keep up the great work brothers and see you in the gloom!

PS. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend reading Freed to Lead: F3 and the Unshackling of the Modern-Day Warrior.  It will educate you on the history of F3 and what it is all about in great detail.  It also happens to be a very insightful book in general.  If you happen to have Amazon Prime and a Kindle, you can borrow it for free.  Click here to see on Amazon.

  1. Thanks for the summary and for all you #HIMs who have stepped up in MeCa. Another suggestion regarding “Freed to Lead”, buy a few copies, when you meet a man who has never read it give him a copy. Charge him to read it and pass it on, or keep it and he buys another copy to pass on. #spreadF3love #ahoy

    1. Aye! Great idea Skipper! I am guessing there are some pax that have the book that would be happy to loan it out.
