Mosey to circle in front of police station for…Merkins x 10 IC, Freddy merks x 10 IC, Dips x 10 IC, Monkey Humpers x 10 IC, and 10 burpees (all cadence exercises led by QIC)….mosey to top of parking deck via stairs and repeato…mosey to suicide hill (no time to do it suicide style) and repeato….mosey to Circle of Honor and repeato…mosey to Mary

Prayers up for Survivor’s wife and Survivor, Anita Johnson, G-Vegas’ wife (he no showed me).

Moleskin: been working on my brother-in-law for about 2 years and he finally made it. In his defense he’s dealt with some injuries that have made him leery about coming to F3.  Told pax all about himself prior to us giving him a name and we had some good choices but we went with Elliptical due to his affinity to that machine when he’s at the Y…he wears that sucker out!!!  Hopefully he won’t be wearing it out anymore because even though he can make the elliptical hard he can’t push himself like we can push him….which is a blessing and a curse…haha
