Senior Citizen Meeting with Mike Tyson
4 old men, well, not old but 50 and over and 1 youngn’ jumped out of bed this morning and stated I could fight Mike Tyson today. Even though it was cold and raining- those were advantage conditions for the slippery when wet. Hold up, stay focused.

We warmed up as follows…
Mosey to entrance of park and down sidewalk until arriving at memorial- bear crawl to circle:
25 SSH (IC) and 1 burpee
15 Merkins (IC)
15 Imperial Walkers
Mosey to the racket ball court and teamed up with a partner to have some fun;
100 Mike Tyson’s -1 partner does the exercise while the other runs a lap around the playground
200 Bobby Hurley’s Jump to Wall- partner does the exercise while the other runs a lap around playground
300 Squats – partner does exercise while the other runs a lap around playground
Rocking Chair- each brother took a tour around the walls of the court to check for slippery spots to not fall!!!
Rocking Chair- 2 exercises (UP/OUT and OVER/UNDER)
Mosey to Flag; circle up for some MARY
On the six and held the 6 inches for about 18 minutes (Well, it felt that way) * Nice having rain fall in your face. At least we did not sweat!!!
On stomach- Upward Dog stretch- 3 times up!!!!!
Prayers for The Body to heal up so we can get back to the burpees!!!!
