• 20 WWII Sit Ups OYO.
• Run across the bridge to Holshouser Hall.
• 20 Squats OYO.
• Run down the steps and under the bridge. Watch out for the crazy squirrels.
• 20 LBCs OYO.
• Run up the steps to South Village Crossing.
• Repeato x3.
• Plank while waiting for the six.

 

• 20 Crunchy Frog Sit Ups OYO.
• Run across the bridge to Holshouser Hall.
• 20 Step Ups OYO.
• Run down the steps and under the bridge.
• 20 Mason Twist OYO.
• Run up the steps to South Village Crossing.
• Repeato x3.
• Ab Killers while waiting for the six.

 

• Bear Crawl or Lunge Walk the entire length of the bridge.
• Mosey back for injured 2.0.
• Backwards lunge walk across the bridge.
• Dips x20.
• Mosey to the road.
• AYG run down to the intersection at the bottom of the hill.
• Merkins x20.
• Moroccan Night Club x20.
• Mosey to the flags.

Moleskine

1. Good work out there, guys! Thought I’d try out yet another location we haven’t really used since Mineshaft started, not even at the Gremlin.  This AO just never really seems to run out of new places to explore.
2. Gotta watch out for those crazy squirrels out there. They couldn’t seem to figure out how to get out our our way.
3. Othello picked up the flag and the Q for next week.  See you all then!
