4 Ruckers and 3 Runners braved the cold weather to better themselves.

There were two special appearances this morning courtesy of Glock.  Snip either showed up to hang with Glock or made a wrong turn and decided to stay, not sure which.  He did make the mistake of leaving his gloves at home (that is what happens when you move up to the lake and stop posting in the am).  Just FYI, in Snip’s line of business it is very important NOT to have cold hands, so I feel for his patients today.  There was an anonymous runner who followed Glock from Skywalker.  The ruckers, led by The Nanny, came in a little late and the runners had taken off before we were able to get his name.

The four ruckers enjoyed a lot of 2nd F, until Pav started having flashbacks from his BRR training days.  Hugo and The Nanny were really pushing the pace today and we all put in a good distance of 3.2 miles.  Unfortunately for YHC, we went a little long and dipped into YHC’s nap time.
