An Extra Grand Anyone?

Who couldn’t use an extra grand after the holidays?  Figured we could all use a little extra, so today we took our serving of a thousand swings, pushes and pulls.  It might not make us richer, but hopefully it’ll help us get a little stronger.

Tha Thang – A Grand:

  • The PAX stayed together for a grand of swings and other movements aimed at making us better and stronger.  We completed 10 exercises OYO x20 for a total of 200 reps.  Then repeated the circuit 5 times for a total of 1,000.

  • T-Bag Squats (20 OYO)
  • Merkins (20 OYO)
  • Plank and Drag (20 OYO)
  • Curls (20 OYO)
  • 1H Kettle Bell Swings (20 OYO)
  • Tricep Ext. (20 OYO)
  • Chest Presses (20 OYO)
  • Dead Lifts (20 OYO)
  • Upright Rows (20 OYO)
