YHC wanted to treat the PAX to something different.  Checking out the AO and realizing we NEVER utilize the ABC Liquor parking lot, the challenge was on.  With a little research, some trivia questions, it was game on.  The name of this beatdown was Prohibition for a reason.

PAX were asked what year Prohibition started (1920) and then what year it ended (1933).  Each exercise would consist of 20 reps / 33 reps.  The Pax were told to run to the “speakeasy” (The ABC loading dock) and do a muscle up to get up onto the dock, then run down the stairs back to their KB in between each “shot” (exercise).  Then repet but, do 33 reps.  Plank when done so Pax could catch up.

I hope the Prohibition theme was enjoyable and the beatdown was difficult for everyone.  YHC got off count on one “Shot” but made up for it with 13 extra on the next set.  Self-reminder to announce the reps for the Pax, as much as for YHC.    Whenever the Pax were asked about what they thought was the next count, the answer was always either 1, 2 or 3 instead of 20 or 33.  I guess that’s a good sign for the Q.  Have a great week!
