Five Ruckers and One Runner decided to better themselves this morning.  The Five Ruckers were joined by KleanUp’s infamous “little bastards” aka his two 60 lbs. sand bags.  Buffalo Bill looked a little lonely running by himself, next time he will bring his pack and join the cool kids rucking.  He did mention that he ran into “The Valley Boys” near the Publix.

A lot of F2 to be had by the ruckers as we enjoyed passing the little bastards around on our route.  If you have never rucked before, come out and join us for our regular Wednesday outing.
