- SSH x20
- Windmill x10
- Good Mornings x10
- Decline Merkins x15
The Thang
Mosey to the crosswalk on University Road, that continues through the Cone deck.
- Bunny Hop on the small lines, run up the stairs, Broad Jump on the big lines.
- Run up the stairs to the top of the deck.
- LBC x30.
- Run back down to start.
- Bunny Hop on the small lines, run up the stairs, Broad Jump on the big lines.
- Run up the stairs to the top of the deck.
- 20 WWII Sit Ups OYO.
- Run back down to start.
- Bunny Hop on the small lines, run up the stairs, Broad Jump on the big lines.
- Run up the stairs to the top of the deck.
- Mason Twist x20
Mosey to the big stairs at Colvard Hall.
- 1 Merkin OYO.
- Run to the top.
- 2 Merkins OYO.
- Run to the bottom on other side.
- 3 Merkins. OYO
- Continue back and forth adding Merkins until 11 Merkins.
Mosey to the green next to Colvard Hall.
- Bear Crawl the length of the wall to the fountain.
- Crab Walk back down the hill.
Mosey to the green next to Cato Hall.
Four corners, returning to the center after each corner to do 10 Air Squats
- Corner 1- 10 Merkins.
- Corner 2- 20 WWII Sit Ups.
- Corner 3- 30 LBCs.
- Corner 4- 40 SSHs.
- Repeato.
Mosey to Van Landingham Glen, find personal size logs and tour the glen holding the logs in different positions along the way.
Return the logs, then mosey back to Lot 7, stopping along the way for Dips and using bike racks for football shuffle drills.

- Nice to see some different faces out at the Mineshaft (not that there is anything wrong with the normal ones). Thanks for coming out Poutine, Blue Crush, Stretchy and Mr. McFeely. Passports have been stamped.
- I think we can all agree, the broad jump series was super sucky. Guess we’ll have to do it again sometime.
- Enjoyed the 2nd F at coffeeteria reminiscing with Blue Crush and Astrovan about all the athletic things we did when we were younger that age has begun to limit.
