3 Runners and 3 Ruckers woke this morning to a beautiful moon drenched AO.  The air was cool and smelled of autumn.  A newcomer was among them, Othello.  After some apprehension last night regarding the pace of the PAX at Highlands, he was reassured that all paces are welcome and so are all men who want to better themselves.

After a quick introduction, the three runners and the three ruckers bid adieu to one another and set off on their own individual route.  From all appearances, the F2 was flowing in both groups and all men were better for the shared camaraderie and exercise.
