12 fine men posted at Highlands this cool morning for a rare Q by YHC. They don’t happen often, so get your tickets early! Here how it went down.

THE THANG

Mosey to the side hill for:

• Burpee Ladder – 8 to 1, Bear Crawl Up, Burpees at Top, run down, WWII Situps at bottom

Mosey to side of middle school and Partner Up for:

• Partner GetUps x10 (5 each arm)
• Partner Throwdowns x10
• Partner Pull
• Partner Push (this is where YHC came up lame with a pulled muscle)

Mini-mosey to wall for 3 sets each of:

• Partner 1 Quadraphelia to top of hill for CCD x10
  Partner 2 Balls to the Wall
• Partner 1 Run to top of hill for Squats x10
  Partner 2 Wall Taps
• Partner 1 Run to top of hill for LBC x10
  Partner 2 Wall Sit

Mosey/hobble to front of school for:

• Partner Derkins x8, then other partner does 3 Weighted Merkins (partner’s legs on back)
  Repeato with 5 Derkins and 2 Weighted Merkins

1 Round of:

• Partner 1 runs around small parking lot circle
  Partner 2 Dips

• Today is the 2 year anniversary of Sandman’s heart attack following a Q at Highlands. So awesome to have you around and posting regularly, Sandman! We all celebrate with you!
• Deuce presented the Triple Nickel patch to Brinkley for completing 5,000 Merkins, 5,000 situps and 50 miles. Impressive accomplishment as only 40% completed the challenge.
• YHC consulted with Barrister to determine if the disclaimer absolves Deuce of liability for tearing up YHC’s calf in Partner Push, but Deuce seems to have fled the AO, so it’s unlikely anything will come of it.
