15 1/4 of MECA’s finest ventured around MCP for a people’s Q with a parachute appetizer.

The Thang:
=>Warm up mosey to top parking lot with curb touches, defensive slides, skips and backwards run.

Warmarama (Pavarotti)

• First Order Stormtroopers
• Girpees
• Carolina Dry Docks
• Mountain Climbers

=>Mosey to other side of top lot

Parachute Grinder (Murdock)

• Get in groups of 3
• Partner 3 goes to bottom of lot, Partner 2 puts on parachute and sprints to Partner 3, Partner 1 stays at top lot
• The partners not using the parachute do an exercise of choice
• Hand off parachute after each sprint
• Complete the grinder so all 3 partners have run with the parachute twice

=>Indian run to other lot with Merican special

Sprint Ladder (Pavarotti)

• 1 to 10 ladder with Carolina Dry Docks and WWII sit ups
• All PAX does it together and waits for all to finish before starting the next sprint and exercise

F3 Cards (Barrister)

• Line up across parking lot
• Guy on the end runs to the F3 deck of cards, picks a card, announces the exercise and PAX does the exercise
• While PAX does exercise, the next guy in line runs to the deck
• Repeato until halt

=>Indian run back to start with no specials

Moleskin:

1. Well, Murdock was signed up to Q, but he tore up his ankle the previous day. He still showed up and asked for a People’s Q, so we obliged. He bought some props, so we let him take the first round for the Parachute Grinder. Somehow, he ended up with one less parachute. I think Sugar took it home to make some pants.
2. It was great to be back out there after being on IR for a month! Thanks for dealing with me getting my sea legs back and kicking off the dust.
