A small crowd this morning as some local Pax were visiting other AOs but this was supplemented by two visitors from Skywalker, great to have you Greek and Sparky.

The crawl bear on the ladder was heavily modified by all. I forgot just how much it sucked. It soon became bear crawl, then run, then walk up the hill for some.

Many complaints were made about the Derkins in the dirt on the downward sloping side of the fence. At least we didn’t go top rail for som balls to the wall merkins.

Some chatter about the long mosey to the back parking lot but total mileage was only 1.2 for the workout.

And just be glad I forgot about my plan to burpee broad jump across the parking lot before the jack webbs.

Speaking of which sorry about tearing everyone’s knees up I didn’t realize the parking lot was that rough.

Great job everyone it was a privilege to lead you guys and the highlight of my day.
