Iron Cross competition.  Who can last the longest?

Once you drop do a mix of crunches, Freddy Mercury and Pretzel Crunches

Moleskin:

At the end of the Murph yesterday Disaster announced we needed a Q so I was a last second addition.

Had a hard time remembering our complicated exercise names such as Dips and Pretzel Crunches.  Not a good sign for me.

Out of all the exercises I have led I receive the most feedback from the calf raises.  Let’s see how sore we are tomorrow.

Butane and Ambassador with a strong showing in our Iron Cross competition.  Well done.

Chavez was setting the pace on Skyline.  He was moving.

  1. Well done this morning @Charmin. Thanks for stepping up to ‘Q’. The Skyline route is always a challenge, especially when you add in all those muscles ups.

You forgot to put @Gump and yourself in the PAX list so we should have had nineteen today.

Also @Butane is actually @Poutine, which is some kind of weird Canadian snack food.

    1. Not adding @Gump – honest mistake? I think not!

  2. Solid workout today, @Charmin. S/o to @Gordo for partnering up for the last part. I appreciated the pre-workout #mumblechatter harassing me about my appearance today. Yes, I am still employed. Yes, I had a legitimate off-campus meeting. Actually, it’s uptown, so I was able to live the corporate America lifestyle some of you finance guys enjoy on the daily.

Looking forward to hosting some of you CSD faithful on Friday night. Let’s keep it clean at my workplace, please.

    Iron Sharpens Iron!
