   YHC goes ahead and kicks things off with a disclaimer, dragging it out a bit, hoping our Q arrives, but no dice. We mosey to the basketball courts for some warmarama of SSH, Slow WMs, Merkins, specialty Mountain Climbers courtesy The Bear, and inverted hamstring raises. All done with that, it is evident that a late arrival of our Q is not in the cards…cards…hmmm. YHC realizes he has a deck in his trunk, time for Deck of Death. PAX run to grab blocks, while YHC grabs the cards and we reconvene for DOD:

   The Thang: Deck of Death – Off the Rails People’s Q style

   No Weinke to assist today, we put together something like this:

   Diamonds: Block Manmakers
   Spades: Overhead lunges
   Clubs: Overhead tricep extensions
   Hearts: Block curls

   We will just say that the above was a framework, as it devolved into whatever the person drawing the card decided to do. Chest presses…sure. Mountain Climbers….okidoki. Just do whatever amount you want regardless of number…sounds good. Want to run halfway around the school to the fence and back…why not. A couple of times around the circle and it was time for…

   COT: Prayers for Zima, Jiffy, Marie’s Mom, My Dad, and all the teachers and students who embark on a new school year. Skywalker Friday – they get more than 10 PAX and $100 gets donated to charity.
