As the PAX gathered in the gloom, @Gump arrived driving and dancing to Culture Club.  With a Boy George jovial demeanor he attempted to create some mumble chatter about the cooler weather.  However, the negativity of the Wells employees lifted the left hind leg of cynicism and peed on @Gump’s joy.  Sad that @TheNanny has already turned to the dark side in just 3 short weeks.  Disclaimer given and a mosey began to the bus parking lot as @Chowder drove by the PAX from said location to bring the total to 11.  His delayed arrival caused YHC to break with tradition for…

THE THANG:

The PAX assembled in groups of 3 for 4 sets of the following rotating exercises which had someone at the playground, someone at the portico and someone running.  This was intended to offset @Glock’s merkin heavy beatdown on Tuesday as there was pulling and holding, but no upper body pushing exercises.

THE DANGLING MOLESKIN:

1. Great work today men!  It appears the bankers were right as sweat quickly ensued once the workout began. #CriticsWin
2. Just dangling from pull up bars showed the PAX that grip strength is not built answering emails and talking on the phone.  YHC’s hands have a visual reminder of this morning’s fun that may still be present tomorrow.
3. Time Lapse is May 2019.  Thanks to @Chowder for that preemptive announcement.
4. Grief leaves no family untouched and can ambush a heart for months and years.  Pray for those you know who have experienced loss.  Have the boldness to step into those conversations.  Ask people how they are really doing and don’t take a one word answer.
19. Today is the birthday of Garrett Campbell.  In a perfect world, Garrett would have been able to celebrate his 13 birthday today with family and friends.  His birthday is the reason YHC always starts with 19 SSH.  His life on earth was much too short, but much love and respect to @Chowder for how he continues to honor his son and keeps the memory of Garrett with him always.
