YHC was excited to bring some pain back to the AO after his VQ was received with a lackluster response.  If remembered correctly, Whatley stated… “That was one of the easier ones”.  Determined to reduce the PAX into a pool of sweat, YHC modified a workout from The Highlands to be both Triple Nickel friendly as well as a new bar with which to measure progress against future Zima Q’s.  Rolling in at 5:28, several PAX were milling about ready to sweat, Jimmy Buffett asked if a GPS would be handy and since we decided to make a Triple Nickel friendly workout, YHC suggested it would be a smart move.

Thanks for letting me Q today, everyone did a killer job.  I haven’t sweat like that for a while.  Have a safe and happy 4th of July.  I’ll leave you with a passage from this weekend’s message at Elevation

Numbers 13:30 But Caleb tried to quiet the people as they stood before Moses. “Let’s go at once to take the land,” he said. “We can certainly conquer it!”

Don’t let someone else talk you out of what God has promised you.  Focus on what you think, hear, and say.  What you believe isn’t a product of what you see, but instead what you are focused on.
