Thank you to Kilowatt for the Title.   Rolled in with a loose outline of today’s festivities.  When you hate running what do you do????? Well Run of coarse.  Figured it better be good for those of us not Posting for Memorial Day Murph or other beatdown.  Here we go.

Mosey to the school entrance with some high knees and butt kickers.  Turn the corner at Draco and karaoke back down the big lot.  Flap Jack half way.  Circle up for Warmarama.  15 x Windmill IC, 15 x Hillbillies IC, 15 x Cotton Pickers IC, 15 x MC IC 15 x SSH IC

Thang – line up for some suicides.  5 Burpees at the start and every time back.  Line 1 Jump Squats Line 2 Merkins maybe, Line 3 Low Flutters

Next game.  P1 and P2 line up accross lot ffrom P3.  P1 and P3 excercise and P2 Sprint down and tag partner and take over and so on.  3 rounds

1. Squats, Merkins 2. MCs and Lunges 3. Six inches and Carolina Dry Docks  (not necessarily in that order but probably)

Next was  a fun game of Burpee Tag.  No blocks but still effective.

Mosey to lower lot entrance for some Balls to the wall complete with 3 thigh taps while your partner held a squat.  3 rounds.

Finally circle up for Mary  25 of the following IC.  Box Cutters, LBCs Mason Twists.  15 x Pretzel crunch IC each side.  10 x Airborne mind benders and yes IC.

Great job men in this muggy morning.  Sweat was definitely poured out.  No loafing was found but plenty of effort abound.  See what i did there?  As we reach these summer months and vacations hit Take the time and discipline to visit an out of Town AO or take one of Pox’s M3 15 min gassers.  which I’ve done twice at home.  Keep the progress going.
