John Doe – Punishment for an Empty Sign-Up Genius

13 PAX decided to show up to see who John Doe was and what he had in store for the PAX. 3 PAX showed up at the end for a Gitmo Mary. YHC decided to take the bull by the horns and motivate a few good men to sign up on the Sign-Up Genius.

The Thang
Well, what do we have here? Two basketballs and a basketball hoop, whatever should we do?
The PAX split up into two teams. Each team has a basketball. This is a race competition between the two teams. The first PAX from each team starts at the same time and attempts to make a 3 – if made, the making team does 3 merkins and the losing side does 30 merkins. If both teams miss, the PAX retrieves his own rebound and attempts a shot from the foul line. If made, the making team does 2 carolina dry docks and the losing team does 20 carolina dry docks. If both teams miss, the PAX retrieves his own rebound and attempts a lay-up. If made, the making team does 1 burpee and the losing team does 5. The winner chooses the workout everyone does and to make this interesting, the loser must sign-up on one of the open days of the sign-up genius which was provided. If both teams miss the lay-up, both teams must do 10 burpees and both people must sign-up. Two Rounds.
Mosey to the trailers for some arm work and some laps around the short track. Pair up, size does not matter. Grab the cinder blocks and mosey to the short track. Partner One runs around the track while Partner Two AMRAPS the following exercises, rinse and repeat until the totals are completed between the pair:

100 Overhead Presses
125 Curls
150 Cinder Block Chest Presses
Mosey to Mary
Gitmo (We learned Disaster apparently has some experience with prison and prison rules.)

Nicely done @Barrister. As a penalty for my smart sack today, I signed up for Tues, May 1.
Well done @Barrister. That was a lot of fun and it served a useful purpose as well. Just be careful when you bend over to pick up the soap (more prison wisdom).
I think @Glock forgot to sign up for his Q spot. I’m looking forward to 45 minutes of his motorcycle-like cadence.
