19 for post Spring Break back to business

With spring break in the rearview mirror, 19 of Highlands baddest got back to business. 50 degrees at launch, but it quickly felt much warmer. Disclaimer given, no FNGs and we were off (with a slight head fake on direction).
Warmarama

The Thang
Mosey across HC Pkwy from the school entrance and use the wall on either side of Masters Hill entrance
- 10 muscle ups
- 20 low flutter (4 count)
- Repeato x 3
Mosey to golf course parking lot. Line up on curb for morning suicides.
- Island 1 = 5 Burpees and back to curb
- Island 2 = 10 Plank Jacks and back to curb
- Island 3 = 15 Merkins and back to curb
- Lap around lot
- Repeato x 3
Beatdown partner portion; size does matter
- Partner/Fireman carry across parking and back, switching as needed
Mosey to bottom of Skyline Dr
- Cul de sac 1 = 20 Mason Twist (4 count) and back to bottom
- Street light 2 = 20 Low Flutter (4 count) and back to bottom
- Cul de sac on the left (yes – the one way the hell up there, in the dark, the one nobody can see, uphill) = 5 Burpees and back to bottom
Mosey back to HC Elem bike rack
- Partner Dips x 20
- Partner Merkins x 10
- Repeato x 2

- 60 sec Plank Hold

Paying for being slack in my exercising while on vacation. Nothing like a Kleanup led bootcamp to shock the system and get back in the swing of things. Thanks for a good variety of exercises and locations across the AO. Sore today.
Well done @Kleanup. I’m not sure if I was more happy that you didn’t involve the cinderblocks in today’s beatdown or more sad that you replaced them with Skyline Drive repeats. Either way I guess I got my money’s worth. It was nice to have the PAX back at full strength today after a few light turnouts last week.
That does suggest a combo for next time. Cinderblocks on Skyline. The BB title is already set.
Make sure you drive them up there in your truck first!
