As the morning started out Mother Nature reminded us that it’s not time to put up the cold weather gear just yet. Most of the PAX rolled in with a few minutes to spare so according to The Rock’s alarm it was time to roll so off we went. Things went like this…………….

THE THANG
Start with the designated reps of Merkins and then run approximately 60 yards to the top of the hill near the road. Do the designated reps of Flutter Kicks and then back to the start. Start with 20 reps of each and increase by 5 reps until recover called by YHC.
Head over behind the football stadium for a Bobby Hurley/Merkin ladder. Start with 1 Bobby Hurley at the bottom of the hill and then up to the top of the hill for 10 Merkins. Increase by 1 at the bottom and decrease by 1 at the top.
At this point we were at 208 Merkins so YHC likes round numbers so I was thinking 12 reps but Turbine threw out 22 reps(at least that’s what YHC heard) so 22 it was.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
–Harrisburg 5k/10k is on Saturday, April 14. Pre-race beatdown at H’burg TownCenter at 6:30am. This also is a Speed for Need event.
–Operation Sweet Tooth Inaugural race is on Saturday, April 21. Volunteers are needed for race support. Details are at this link.
–Orphanage game day April 21st at 2 PM. Evite was sent out Tuesday.

–Lots of great work out there this morning!!!
–Turbine kept pushing and had a lot of no quit as usual.
–Pharaoh was leading us the whole way and was throwing in extra Merkins, which YHC found out later. Awesome work by the Master Q.
–Hop Hunter and Rerun were killing it and were pushing YHC to just keep up.
–Terrible Towel and The Rock were quiet but deadly at knocking out all of the work.
–Go be a light today for someone.
