5 men had Easter Candy to burn off and met at Tradition for a Golf Course Fartlek cruise in awesome weather.  The moon was behind the clouds but gave us some direction as we wandered the course, pushing a 5k pace for a hole then recovered during the next hole.  We ran the fairways a few times for something different.  Great workout guys…thanks.

Some discussions were had about the Merkin Challenge, Spartan Sprint with coming weekend, various 5ks, Tri, and other races, and Marathon training this summer.
