15 Men climbed out of the fart sack to be welcomed by mild-Spring like morning with 61 degree temperatures.  The disclaimer was given and we were off. Mosey to parking lot in front of Ridge Middle school with various exercises on the way (high knees, butt kickers, Carioca).

Mosey across Highland Creek Parkway to partner up and grab some wall:

• P1 – 10 Muscle-ups
• P2 – Low Flutter
• Flap jack
• 3-sets

Mosey back across Highland Creek Parkway and stop at first hill

• 7 to 1 ladder (Squats and Merkins)

Mosey to Street Ave.

Backwards run halfway up Street Ave, Sprint Last half

• Circle Squat – x5

Mosey to hill behind baseball field

• 6 to 1 ladder (Burpees and Carolina Dry Docks)

Mosey to Ridge Rd

• Cacka-Lacka Choo Choo with Merkin

Mosey to Bleachers by Football Field

• Dips x15

Mosey to Hill behind Ridge Middle School

• 6 to1 Ladder (Incline Merkins, Jump Lunges)

Mosey to front of Ridge Middle School

• Partner assist Merkins x10 (3 sets)

Mosey to Stairs in Front of Highland Elementary

• SpiderMan Merkins up 2 flights of stairs
