All Harrisburg BackblastsMarch 28th, 2018
YHC saw that the temperature was going to be just about right for a morning run. Luckily no one had yet signed up as the Q. As YHC awoken, he found out a miserable fact: Larry Sprinkle lies. It was not 50 degrees and thus was below YHC threshold workout conditions however YHC pushed on. The Thang Straight out Professional Drive R on Physicians Blvd: cross over Roberta R on Roberta sidewalk L on Parallel to Patricia Ave. R on Patricia Ave. L on Autumn L on Woodside R on Patricia all the way to Bojangles Repeato that loop of hill until time called Return to AO via Parallel Moleskin
- I have not led a workout in quite some time so it was great leading, even if it was from the back. Most of the PAX got between 4.5 – 5plus miles.
- I learned today that the treadmill still does not prepare you for those pesky hills
- Great work by FNG Charles. According to him he is a slow Kenyan but YHC would disagree!
- Thanks for the #nomanleftbehind from Solocup and Turf Toe.
- YHC is always amazed at how fast some of our PAX are and have gotten. Flipphone and SS Minnow (61) blazed.
