Thick Burger is last to arrive before launch. “Let’s all stare at him like he has the Q.”
Thick burger gives us a confused look. “Do I have the Q?”
“Yes.”
“I…didn’t…bring a Weinke or anything!”
“Well nobody signed up and you are the last one here.”
Thick Burger just stares back.
“Just kidding. Okay, let’s go.”
Warmup
Mosey though the parking lot and around the roundabout near the soccer field.
- Windmill x10.
- Imperial Walker x15.
- Mountain Climber x10.
- SSH x20.
- Low Slow Squat x20.
- Merkin x10.
- Plank with hand and foot raises.
- Carolina Dry Dock x10.
- Plank.
- Plank Jack x10.
The Thang

- 1 WWII Sit Up.
- Run up hill to trail.
- 10 Merkins.
- Run down hill to parking spaces.
- 2 WWII Sit Ups.
- Run up hill to trail.
- 9 Merkins.
- Run down hill to parking spaces.
- Continue until 10 WWII Sit Ups and 1 Merkin.
Mosey to the front entrance roundabout.
- Bear crawl around the roundabout.
- Lunge walk around the round about.
As a team, pick up the bicycle rack.
- Bicycle Rack Presses x20
- Bicycle Rack Curls x20
Set down bicycle rack.
Mosey to the picnic benches.
Picnic Table Indian Run. Four pax carry picnic table around parking lot. Two pax lunge walk behind them. Last pax does 5 Burpees then runs up to relieve a pax carrying the picnic table. We completed four or five laps around the parking lot.
Mosey to rock pile and pick up large rocks (definition of large varies by pax).
- Rock Curls x8.
- Rotate to another rock.
- Repeato x6.
Moleskine
- Honestly after a two week break from Qing, it was time for me to step up again. As always it was an honor to lead. As you can see, I drew some inspiration from the recent regional GORUCK event.
